🚀 Your next challenge
• Manage and oversee Pluxee Chile's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve the billing process.
• Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow.
• Oversee the management of partner merchants, including activation, operations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Supervision and enhancement of OKR & KPIs for the following processes: Customer Order Management, Card Delivery, Card Flow Control, Reimbursement and Billing, Implementation of the New ERP System, Activation and contract management.
• Collaborate with the other local teams to optimize processes and improve service delivery, conducting research on operational best practices and emerging trends.
• Provide leadership and direction to the local operations team (15 employees under his/her supervision).

🌟 You’re a match
• Education Requirements: Industrial Civil Engineer or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations management and billing & invoicing, reimbursment, logistics (card delivery) and end-to-end order management. Experience dealing with partner merchants, including activation, operations, and ongoing maintenance is highly valued.
• 4-5 years of experience in a management role/supervising others.
• Experience dealing with a +2000 client portfolio is desirable.
• Expertise using Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience in retail, financial services, SAAS, or startup companies is expected.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Based in Santiago, available to work in a hybrid working scheme.
